Dr Frye has authored over 200 peer-reviewed publications and is widely cited for his translational approach linking biology to clinical care. He has served in leadership roles at major academic institutions and children's hospitals in the United States. Dr Frye is known for bridging rigorous research with practical, patient-centered treatment strategies.

Dr. Xinjun Wang focuses on the vertical transmission and pathogenicity of gut microbiota, particularly in relation to autism spectrum disorder.
He has participated in five major research projects, including NSFC projects and National Key R&D Program projects. His work explores the connection between gut microbiota dysbiosis and neurodevelopmental disorders. He has published over ten articles in journals including Science Bulletin, hLife, and Gut Microbes, contributing to the understanding of how early-life microbial transmission influences autism pathogenesis.

Dr. Bandari is the Medical Director and Chief of Neuro-Immunology at the MS & Neuro-Immunology Center of California & Research Group.
He is a Clinical Professor of Neurology and Neuro-Immunology and the previous Director of the Neuro-Immunology Division at USC Keck School of Medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from California State University and his Doctor of Medicine from American University. Following his Neurology residency and Neuro-Immunology fellowship at USC, he joined the USC faculty, contributing to clinical care, high science research, and medical education. Dr. Bandari’s clinical and research focus is on immunological and inflammatory causes of neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly in children and adolescents. He advances neuro-protection and neuro-regeneration strategies in order to improves patient outcomes and quality of life. He has led numerous multicenter clinical trials on emerging therapies in neuro-immunology. An internationally recognized educator, he has published widely and presented at leading global conferences. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Neurological Association, and American Medical Association. He is a medical advisor to The Brain Foundation and serves on multiple nonprofit boards supporting autism and developmental disorders.
