Dr Frye has authored over 200 peer-reviewed publications and is widely cited for his translational approach linking biology to clinical care. He has served in leadership roles at major academic institutions and children's hospitals in the United States. Dr Frye is known for bridging rigorous research with practical, patient-centered treatment strategies.

He has participated in five major research projects, including NSFC projects and National Key R&D Program projects. His work explores the connection between gut microbiota dysbiosis and neurodevelopmental disorders. He has published over ten articles in journals including Science Bulletin, hLife, and Gut Microbes, contributing to the understanding of how early-life microbial transmission influences autism pathogenesis.

He is a Clinical Professor of Neurology and Neuro-Immunology and the previous Director of the Neuro-Immunology Division at USC Keck School of Medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from California State University and his Doctor of Medicine from American University. Following his Neurology residency and Neuro-Immunology fellowship at USC, he joined the USC faculty, contributing to clinical care, high science research, and medical education. Dr. Bandari’s clinical and research focus is on immunological and inflammatory causes of neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly in children and adolescents. He advances neuro-protection and neuro-regeneration strategies in order to improves patient outcomes and quality of life. He has led numerous multicenter clinical trials on emerging therapies in neuro-immunology. An internationally recognized educator, he has published widely and presented at leading global conferences. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Neurological Association, and American Medical Association. He is a medical advisor to The Brain Foundation and serves on multiple nonprofit boards supporting autism and developmental disorders.

Utilizing his skills in physics and fluid dynamics, he developed the functional specifications behind all of the technology being used in KurveTX’s nose-to-brain drug delivery. The intellectual property owned by KurveTX has Marc as the lead or sole inventor. He has consulted extensively with companies developing new therapies for neurodegenerative diseases with regard to formulation and device compatibility.

His clinical work focuses on musculoskeletal issues, functional mobility, and supportive interventions in children with complex developmental needs. Dr Marić is also involved in the application of regenerative and stem-cell-based therapies within a multidisciplinary framework. He is widely known for his work on inflammatory bowel conditions, lymphoid nodular hyperplasia, and enterocolitis in autistic patients. Dr Krigsman has published extensively on the gut-brain connection and its clinical implications. After obtaining the title of specialist pediatrician in 2012, Dr. Milanovic continued his training in pediatric immunology and allergology at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade, where he passed the subspecialist exam in 2018. He defended his doctoral dissertation in 2019 at the Faculty of Medicine in Novi Sad, where he also teaches at the Department of Pediatrics. He is the author of numerous scientific papers in domestic and foreign journals. His special interests include allergies in childhood, atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, immunodeficiencies, and systemic connective tissue diseases.

Kirill Shlyapnikov has been a practicing physician since 1996. His work focuses on genetically targeted therapy and the management of somatic and neuropsychiatric comorbidities in autism spectrum disorder. He is co-founder of NIMCare Neuroimmunology Clinic, Lab and Educational Center, and the author and teacher of educational programs including “Autism and Comorbidities” and “Maternal Factor in Autism: Predict and Prevent”.

After three years of research and development and a review of more than 450 scientific publications, he launched the Neuro+ helmet, a non-invasive home-use device delivering near-infrared light at 810 nm to support brain function, sleep, focus, and emotional regulation. Neuro+ has supported hundreds of users and families across Europe, primarily children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD, and is now expanding into the United States. Julien is passionate about making emerging neuroscience technologies accessible to families outside clinical settings and building the evidence base for photobiomodulation as a credible wellness intervention.
